Republican Party Candidates

Even though I don't believe in voting, and accept that it is a waste of time their is one Republican candidate that is much different than any other candidate on either side of the fence. He calls himself a "constitutionalist", believes in limited government, and agrees with this publication on the subject of "Wars on Ideals" (see archives). You should check this guy out, just don't vote for him or any other politician on election day!!

Bud, this guy inspires no confidence within me at all. He doesn't present himself well, and I doubt that he would have the ability to command the attention of the other world leaders. The list of department/agencies that he would like to abolish is not a good one, and the way he displayed himself during that segment, well, good grief...

This is the first time I've heard of him, and I must say, it has not left a very good impression.

Why are you against voting? People who didn't vote in the last two city elections are exactly the reason we wound up with good ol' C. Jack or Hijack or Hakim Mansour Ellis in the first place.

I can't say that I agree with everything President Bush has said or done, I don't even know all the things he's said or done, but before his term, this country was on its way down a bad road and was picking up speed. We have a long way to go, but I would like to think that we are indeed better off now than eight years ago.

wow, you don't vote? Why?

Well there are many reasons why I don't vote, but I would like to share an article which describes the only result that can come from voting.

First I urge you to read the past article "No Vote" to find out why I urge people to not vote. Second I would like to explain why I agree with Ron Paul (wasn't there some crossdresser with her/his own show with the same name?)

Dude, that was RuPaul!

I would also like to respond to the C. Jack Ellis, or whatever his name happens to be today, comment. I don't believe that macon's mayor is to blame for everything wrong with the city. The city council is just as responsible for the political turmoil that envelops the town. They are so busy bickering among themselves that they fail to see the good Ellis does. He is responsible for many good ideas that are shot down by the city council for illegitimate reasons. Macon's Mayor is far from perfect but he isn't the villain the city council puts him out to be. Voting does not mean that promises made will come to fruition. I think when people vote they have certain expectations of the official they are voting for. These expectations are hardly, if ever, met.
